The first day, ‘Culture Day’, focused on getting to know the new team members. Participants not only had the opportunity to find out who belongs to which business area, but also to discover shared hobbies and interests. This exchange immediately fostered a sense of belonging and created a pleasant atmosphere.
Our CFO, Dirk Weske, shared exciting insights into the history and economic goals of PPI. The exchange about our corporate values and their significance in everyday work was particularly memorable and was received positively across the board.
During the Q&A session with the Executive Board, topics ranged from economic challenges to current issues such as artificial intelligence. This open atmosphere allowed the new colleagues to address their questions directly to the management team and learn more about PPI's vision and direction. The day ended on a relaxed note with a voluntary bowling session – a perfect opportunity to engage in informal conversations and get to know each other better.
