Nordön Pema

Nordön Pema is a consultant specializing in domestic and international payments. After completing her studies (BSc in General Management), she joined PPI Schweiz. Since then, she has been supporting banks as a business analyst on transformation projects such as SWIFT MX Payments, camt reporting, and E&I – with a focus on requirements analysis, testing, and process optimization – as well as on studies and preliminary analyses, including gap analyses and target states.
